Led by Manitowoc’s Regional Service Manager, these hands-on training sessions are designed to help foodservice technicians strengthen their knowledge of Indigo® NXT®, NEO®, and Koolaire® ice machines—covering everything from operation to troubleshooting. Don Stevens, in partnership with Benedict Sales & Service, donated a Manitowoc ice machine to Chippewa Valley Technical College. This contribution helps students gain real-world training on commercial kitchen equipment, preparing them for careers as skilled foodservice technicians.
