Effective January 2026, Matt Zechmann has been appointed President of Don Stevens. Matt brings proven leadership and a forward-thinking approach that will help accelerate the company’s strategic initiatives and enhance customer partnerships.
At the same time, Pat Brion will take on the position of Vice Chair, continuing to offer strategic guidance and supporting a smooth leadership transition through 2026. In addition, Pat will remain both an owner and an active Principal of the company. Over the past 37+ years, Pat’s outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication have played a crucial role in the company's achievements, and this new title highlights Pat’s continued impact on the organization’s future.
