B&G Distributing Joins the Don Stevens Family
B&G will continue operating as B&G Distributing, a Don Stevens Company, with the Memphis and Nashville team its customers and manufacturer partners know.
Don Stevens, an independent foodservice equipment distributor based in Eagan, Minnesota, has acquired B&G Distributing, Inc., a wholesale distributor and manufacturer’s representative with offices in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee. The acquisition was effective October 31, 2026.
About B&G Distributing
Since 1974, B&G has helped foodservice customers throughout the South find, source and support the right equipment from leading manufacturers. B&G serves Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Arkansas and Louisiana (MAFSI Regions 12 and 14), with manufacturer representation varying by state.
Built on the Same Foundation
Like B&G, Don Stevens was built on ice and refrigeration and sells through dealers. Don Stevens has served the foodservice industry since 1961, with six branches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Missouri.
