Eagan, MN — Effective May 1, 2021, Stevens Equipment Supply, LLC has completed the sale of its Commercial Foodservice Equipment division to Stevens Management Group, LLC. In conjunction with this transition, Stevens Management Group will rebrand as Don Stevens, LLC, reviving a trusted name with a 60-year legacy in the foodservice industry.
This strategic move allows Stevens Equipment Supply to focus exclusively on serving heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) customers as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daikin. Meanwhile, Don Stevens, LLC will operate as a separate and independent entity, fully dedicated to meeting the needs of commercial foodservice customers.
As part of the transition, 20 employees who have been primarily or exclusively connected with food service customers will join Don Stevens, LLC. The newly formed commercial foodservice equipment team will be led by Pat Brion, Vice President of Sales; Chris Rosky, General Manager; and Bob Krebsbach, Controller.
Dan Beno and Dave DeSutter will continue to lead the Stevens Equipment Supply team, ensuring ongoing support and service for HVAC customers.
