Our History

Don Stevens, Inc., began business in the early 1960’s as a foodservice rep organization. We quickly grew into a leading distributor of equipment to the Foodservice industry, with major lines like Manitowoc, Silver King, Panasonic, Imperial, McCall, SerVend, BioZone, Kelvinator, Fagor, and Nieco.

In 1988, we entered the Lodging industry with Amana Package Terminal Air Conditioners. We established a separate sales and service team to support this market, and today we are one of the only distributors offering both air conditioning and foodservice equipment to the lodging/hospitality business.

  
   

Finally, in 2001 – largely because of our recognized success in the lodging industry – we were able to expand into the broader HVAC market. Today, Don Stevens is a leading full-line distributor of Goodman and Amana furnaces, air conditioners, and accessories including light commercial products.

That’s why we carry only the top brand lines in every category – to assure you of top performance. We deliver the next day. We stock a complete inventory of replacement parts at all of our locations. We have a separate department specifically set up to handle warranty issues.
